Line Cook / Pitmaster Assistant

Help run the smoker and the line. If you take pride in cooking great BBQ — brisket, ribs, pulled pork — and you like a busy kitchen, we want to meet you.

Hands-on smoker work — overnight cook days included
Sandwich, salad, and appetizer line prep
Keep your station clean and your tickets moving
Show up on time, every shift, every week

Full-time / Part-time

Server

Be the face of Turner's. We're a community spot — regulars, families, live music nights. The right person here makes that work.

Greet, seat, and take care of guests through their whole meal
Know the menu inside and out (we'll train you)
Tray-carry, run food, and keep an eye on the room
Stay calm during Friday night live music rushes

Part-time / Evenings

Bartender

Tuesday tequila, Thursday karaoke, Saturday live music — the bar runs the room on those nights. Cocktails, beer, the occasional Espresso Martini.

Make classic cocktails to order and our signature drinks
Card every guest, every time
Restock, ice, and reset the bar end of night
Be the second set of eyes for the room
